Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within the next 1–3 business days.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

🌸 To the UK

  • Standard Delivery (Free): 2–3 working days. This service is untracked, but Royal Mail will update the status once the package has been delivered.

  • Tracked 24/48 Service: Faster delivery with full tracking. You can select this option during checkout.

🌸 To the EU and Switzerland

  • Standard Delivery (Untracked): Estimated 3–5 working days. Please note: untracked services outside the UK do not provide any delivery status updates.

  • Tracked Delivery (Optional Upgrade): Estimated 3–5 working days, with full tracking available.

✨ Free Upgrade: Orders with a product total over £30 (excluding shipping and tax) will be automatically upgraded to tracked shipping at no extra cost.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Switzerland. For other international destinations, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking

  • UK untracked services: Royal Mail will update the status once the package has been delivered.

  • EU & Switzerland untracked services: No tracking or delivery status updates are available.

  • Tracked services: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
